Приоритетным направлением при выборе тактики ведения больных с данной патологией является назначение интраназальных кортикостероидов в виде базовой терапии АР и в составе комбинированных схем.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) is an important medical and social problem.
