Боль в спине относится к наиболее частым причинам обращения к врачу и временной утраты трудоспособности, что делает проблему рациональной терапии особенно актуальной. Наиболее часто в клинической практике встречается неспецифическая дорсалгия, которая может быть острой, подострой или хронической. Современные рекомендации по лечению острой и хронической неспецифической боли в спине предлагают в первую очередь использование немедикаментозных методов – когнитивно-поведенческую терапию и лечебную гимнастику, а при их неэффективности – рациональную фармакотерапию с учетом коморбидной патологии больных. К препаратам выбора для купирования болевого синдрома относятся нестероидные противовоспалительные средства, в частности дексалгин.

Back pain is one of the most common reason for all physician visits, which makes the problem of rational therapy especially urgent. Non-specific dorsalgia is the most common in clinical practice, that is subdivided into acute, sub-acute or chronic. Modern guidelines for the treatment of acute and chronic non-specific back pain offer primarily the use of non-drug methods – cognitive-behavioural therapy and therapeutic gymnastics, and if they are ineffective – rational pharmacotherapy, taking into account the comorbid pathology in patients. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, in particular Dexalgin, are the drugs of choice for the management of pain syndrome.
