Оценить эффективность и безопасность амтолметин гуациала (АМГ) у пациентов с остеоартрозом коленных суставов (ОАКС) и ассоциированной диспепсией в реальной клинической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. В наблюдательное исследование были включены 220 пациентов с ОАКС с выраженным болевым синдромом в КС ≥ 40 мм по ВАШ и диспепсией. АМГ назначался в дозе 600 мг дважды в день в течение 28 дней. Пациенты имели три визита: до начала лечения, на 14 ± 3 дня (2-й визит), на 28 ± 3 дня (заключительный визит) для оценки динамики боли (по ВАШ), скованности и функциональной активности по индексу WOMAC, общей оценки состояния здоровья (по ВАШ) и количественной оценки диспепсии (индекс SODA)</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Из 219 пациентов около 72,5% отметили снижение болей с 65 до 27 мм к концу исследования. Статистически достоверно уменьшились все показатели трех шкал индекса WOMAC (р&lt;0,001). Также наблюдалось достоверное снижение неболевых и болевых признаков диспепсии и нарастание показателя «удовлетворенность лечением» (р&lt;0,001). Переносимость АМГ была лучше, чем у принимаемых до того НПВП.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. АМГ оказался эффективным препаратом с хорошей переносимостью и положительным влиянием на ассоциированную диспепсию.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. To assess the efficacy and safety of amtolmetin guacil (AMG) in patients with knee joint osteoarthritis (KJOA) and associated dyspepsia in real clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. 220 patients with KJOA with severe pain syndrome in KJ ≥ 40 mm in VAS and dyspepsia were included in the observation study. AMG was administered at a dose of 600 mg twice daily for 28 days. Patients had three visits: before starting treatment, on Day 14 ± 3 (visit 2), on Day 28 ± 3 (final visit) to assess the pain dynamics (according to VAS), stiffness and functional activity according to WOMAC index, general health assessment (according to VAS) and a quantitative assessment of dyspepsia (SODA index).</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. Of 219 patients, about 72.5% reported pain reduction from 65 to 27 mm at the end of the study. All indicators of three scales of the WOMAC index decreased statistically significant (р&lt;0,001). There was also a significant decrease of non-pain and pain signs of dyspepsia and an increase in the “treatment satisfaction” index (р&lt;0,001). The patients showed better tolerability of AMG than that of previously taken NSAIDs.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
