Инфекционные заболевания, сопровождающиеся подъемом температуры, являются наиболее частой причиной обращения за медицинской помощью в детском возрасте. Изучение частоты применения жаропонижающих препаратов показало, что более 95% детей с температурой 38,0 ºС и выше хотя бы однократно получают антипиретик [2]. В этой связи оптимальный подход к контролю температуры тела у лихорадящего ребенка остается актуальным вопросом в медицине.

 

Infectious diseases accompanied by a rise in temperature is the most common reason for seeking medical help in childhood. A study of the frequency of antipyretic drugs showed that more than 95% of children with a temperature of 38.0 ° C or higher receive an antipyretic at least once. In this regard, the optimal approach to monitoring the body temperature in a febrile child remains an urgent issue in medicine.
