Вследствие высокой распространенности среди населения генетических полиморфизмов ферментов фолатного цикла патогенетически обоснованным является применение поливитаминно-минерального комплекса, содержащего фолаты в биологически активной форме.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>90% of the population have folate deficiency, which is associated with both inadequate intake of folate-containing food and impaired function of the folate cycle enzymes.
