Однако высокая стоимость таргетных препаратов требует оценки фармако-экономической целесообразности при выборе наиболее рационального подхода к лечению.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Achievement of complete Pathomorphologic Response (pCR) after neoadjuvant therapy of breast cancer significantly improves long-term treatment outcome. Correlation between pCR and long-term treatment outcome is strongest in HER2-positive breast cancer; this data clearly supports use of double HER2-blockade in neoadjuvant breast cancer therapy. However, the high cost of targeted drugs requires pharmacoecomomic assessments for choosing of the most optimal treatment course.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>HER-позитивный рак молочной железы</kwd><kwd>неоадъювантная терапия</kwd><kwd>двойная анти-HER2-блокада</kwd><kwd>пертузумаб</kwd><kwd>трастузумаб</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>HER-positive breast cancer</kwd><kwd>neoadjuvant therapy</kwd><kwd>double anti-HER2-blockade</kwd><kwd>pertuzumab</kwd><kwd>trastuzumab</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Giordano SH, Buzdar AU, Smith TL, Kau SW, Yang Y, Hortobagyi GN.
