Терапия СРК направлена прежде всего на купирование преобладающих клинических симптомов и регламентирована современными клиническими рекомендациями. Препарат тримебутин при сравнении с плацебо демонстрирует высокую эффективность для купирования болевого синдрома и регуляции моторики у пациентов с СРК.</p><p> </p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The diagnostic algorithm of IBS includes a careful analysis of symptoms in accordance with the requirements of the Rome IV criteria consensus, the use of laboratory and instrumental methods. The IBS therapy is primarily aimed at arresting the prevailing clinical symptoms and is regulated by the modern clinical guidelines.
