Диагностический алгоритм СРК включает тщательный анализ симптомов в соответствии с требованиями консенсуса Римские критерии IV, применение лабораторных и инструментальных методов. Терапия СРК направлена прежде всего на купирование преобладающих клинических симптомов и регламентирована современными клиническими рекомендациями. Препарат тримебутин при сравнении с плацебо демонстрирует высокую эффективность для купирования болевого синдрома и регуляции моторики у пациентов с СРК.

 

The diagnostic algorithm of IBS includes a careful analysis of symptoms in accordance with the requirements of the Rome IV criteria consensus, the use of laboratory and instrumental methods. The IBS therapy is primarily aimed at arresting the prevailing clinical symptoms and is regulated by the modern clinical guidelines. Trimebutin demonstrates high efficacy in the management of pain syndrome and motor control in patients with IBS in comparison with placebo.
