В настоящее время комбинированные гормональные контрацептивы являются одним из наиболее эффективных методов предотвращения наступления нежелательной беременности. Они обеспечивают высокую контрацептивную надежность, доступность и простоту применения, обратимость эффектов, безопасность применения. Современные гормональные контрацептивы оказывают дополнительное лечебное и профилактическое действие при различных состояниях. В результате ряда тщательных научных исследований был разработан инновационный комбинированный оральный контрацептив Клайра®. Представлен опыт применения комбинированного гормонального контрацептива, содержащего эстрадиола валерат и диеногест, Клайра® (Э2В/ДНГ). Результаты наблюдения показали высокую контрацептивную эффективность, приемлемость и переносимость.

The combined hormonal contraceptives are now one of the most effective methods of preventing unwanted pregnancies. They provide high contraceptive reliability, accessibility and ease of use, reversibility of effects, safety of use. Modern hormonal contraceptives provide additional therapeutic and prophylactic effects in various conditions. A new combined oral contraceptive Qlaira® was developed in the course of thorough scientific studies. The article presents the experience in using a combined hormonal contraceptive containing estradiol valerate and dienogest – Qlaira® (E2V/DNG). The observations showed high contraceptive effectiveness, acceptability and tolerability.
