Обследовано 53 пациента с ИБС, ассоциированной с СД 2 типа, после перенесенной эндоваскулярной реваскуляризации миокарда, которые были распределены в 2 группы. В 1-ю группу вошли 30 больных, получавших, помимо базисной терапии, таурин в дозе 500 мг 2 раза в сутки. Во 2-ю группу (n = 23) – пациенты, которые получали только базисную терапию ИБС и СД. Оценивали индекс массы тела (ИМТ), объем талии (ОТ) и бедер (ОБ), а также физическую толерантность посредством велоэргометрии (ВЭМ) и теста 6-минутной ходьбы. Определяли показатели углеводного и липидного обменов, рассчитывали индекс инсулинорезистентности (HOMA–IR).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. В конце 16-недельной терапии физическая толерантность по данным ВЭМ в 1-й группе возросла на 29,67% (р&lt;0,01), во 2-й группе – на 9,14% (р&gt;0,05). Дистанция при выполнении теста 6-минутной ходьбы достоверно увеличилась в обеих группах: на 34,37% и на 25,80% соответственно. У больных 1-й группы установлено значимое снижение ИМТ на 11,52%, постпрандиального уровня глюкозы на 19,38% (р = 0,018), инсулина на 18,90%, гликированного гемоглобина (HbA1c) на 13,21%, индекса HOMA-IR на 17,65%, триглицеридов (ТГ) на 14,14% (р&lt;0,05), холестерина липопротеидов низкой плотности (ХС ЛПНП) на 16,05% (р&lt;0,01), аспартатаминотрансферазы (АСТ) и аланинаминотрансферазы (АЛТ)  – на 27,75% и 16,52% соответственно.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Дополнение таурином стандартной терапии ИБС, ассоциированной с СД 2, у больных, перенесших эндоваскулярную реваскуляризацию миокарда, оказывает позитивное влияние на показатели углеводного и липидного обменов, снижает массу тела, улучшает показатели физической работоспособности. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim was to study the effect of taurine in the complex therapy of patients with coronary artery disease associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM2) who underwent coronary revascularization.</p><sec><title>Material and methods</title><p>Material and methods. Examined 53 patients with coronary artery disease associated with type 2 diabetes, after undergoing endovascular revascularization of the myocardium, which were distributed in 2 groups. The 1st group included 30 patients who received, in addition to basic therapy, taurine at a dose of 500 mg 2 times a day. In group 2 (n = 23) – patients who received only basic therapy of ischemic heart disease and diabetes. Body mass index, waist and hip volume, as well as physical tolerance by means of Bicycle ergometry and 6-minute walk test were evaluated. Indicators of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism wer e determined, insulin resistance index was calculated.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. At the end of 16-week therapy, physical tolerance according toVEM in group 1 increased by 29.67% (p&lt;0.01), in group 2-by 9.14% (p&gt;0.05). The distance during the 6-minute walk test was significantly increased in both groups: by 34.37% and by 25.80%, respectively. Patients of group 1 had a significant decrease in BMI by 11.52%, postprandial glucose level by 19.38% (p = 0.018), insulin by 18.90%, glyca ted hemoglobin (HbA1c) by 13.21%, insulin resistance index by 17.65%, triglyceride by 14.14% (p&lt;0.05), low density lipoprotein cholesterol by 16.05% (p&lt;0.01).), aspartate aminotransferases and alanine aminotransferases – by 27.75% and 16.52%, respectively.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
