Несмотря на обилие предлагаемых к использованию биомаркеров сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, высокая диагностическая эффективность с достаточным уровнем доказательности показана далеко не для всех. В статье рассмотрены возможности современной лаборатории в определении маркеров повреждения миокарда (тропонины, сердечный белок, связывающий жирные кислоты), миокардиального стресса (натрийуретические пептиды) и нейрогуморальной регуляции (копептин), диагностическая и прогностическая значимость данных исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Modern clinical practice requires obligatory use of results of laboratory researches, international experience demonstrates the need of the clinic in laboratory information for making up to 70% of medical decisions. Described a large number of biomarkers of cardiovascular diseases, high diagnostic efficiency with sufficient level of evidence is shown not for all.
