Диагноз ОРЗ подразумевает поражение дыхательной системы широким спектром возбудителей. Среди возбудителей ОРЗ выделяют вирусы группы острых респираторных вирусных инфекций (ОРВИ), включая грипп, а также грибковые и бактериальные возбудители, в т. ч. внутриклеточные бактерии: микоплазмы и хламидии. Лечение заболеваний, обусловленных внутриклеточными возбудителями, проводится антибактериальными препаратами, легко проникающими внутрь клетки и способными создавать там высокую концентрацию.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Acute respiratory diseases (ARD) are widespread diseases and are of great social importance. Diagnosis of acute respiratory infections implies the damage to the respiratory system caused by a wide range of pathogens. Among the pathogens of acute respiratory infections are viruses of acute respiratory viral infection (ARVI) group, including influenza, as well as fungal and bacterial pathogens, which include intracellular bacteria: mycoplasma and chlamydia.
