Несмотря на широкий выбор средств для лечения данной патологии, актуальным остается поиск препаратов, сочетающих в себе универсальную противовирусную активность, доказанную эффективность и безопасность, обеспечивающую возможность применения у пациентов из групп риска, в т. ч. при аллергических заболеваниях. Фармакологическая активность релиз-активного лекарственного препарата Эргоферон обусловлена комплексным действием его компонентов на противовирусный иммунный ответ и вирус-индуцированное воспаление респираторного тракта. Каждый компонент при этом оказывает на свою мишень модулирующее действие, которое является общим отличительным свойством релиз-активных форм антител. В статье представлен обзор отечественных и зарубежных публикаций, обобщивший результаты доклинических и клинических исследований эффективности и безопасности применения Эргоферона для лечения и профилактики ОРВИ и гриппа у пациентов разных возрастных групп.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Acute respiratory infections (ARI) and influenza are referred to the most common diseases among children and adults. Despite a wide choice of medications for this pathology, we still need ones that combine a multipurpose antiviral activity, have proven effectiveness and safety and enable application in patients from risk groups, including allergic diseases. The pharmacological activity of a release-active drug Ergoferon is determined by the complex action of its components on antiviral immune response and virus-induced inflammation in the respiratory tract. Each component at the same time has its own target modulating action, which is a distinctive property of release-active antibodies forms.
