Показаны причины и удельный вес развития резистентности к осельтамивиру. Приведены данные о новом отечественном препарате Номидес (осельтамивир), производимом АО «Фармасинтез» (Россия) в соответствии с международными стандартами GMP (Good Manufacturing Practic – надлежащая производственная практика), рекомендованном к применению у взрослых и детей от года. Наличие детских дозировок осельтамивира 30 и 45 мг.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents an extensive clinical experience about the treatment and prevention of influenza by oseltamivir for children and adults including high-risk group patients through different countries around the world over the past 17 years. The article reveals the causes of resistance to oseltamivir with a relative evolution proportion.
