Представлены результаты клинических исследований III фазы глатирамера ацетат 40 мг/мл, 3 раза в неделю (GALA, GLACIER), где препарат продемонстрировал высокую эффективность, хороший профиль безопасности и переносимости.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses usage of the new dosage of glatiramer acetate (Copaxone®) for the treatment of relapsing-remitting multiple sclerosis. Results of phase II and III clinical trials are presented.
