Описываются принципы антибактериальной терапии. Приводятся данные об устойчивости основных возбудителей инфекций лор-органов (Streptococcus pneumonia, Streptococcus pyogenes, Haemophilus influenza, Moraxella catarrhalis) к антибиотикам разных групп: пенициллинам, цефалоспоринам разных поколений, макролидам, респираторным фторхинолонам. Большое внимание уделяется приверженности пациента предписанному лечению, что оказывает большое влияние не только на эффективность лечения, но и на нарастание антибиотикорезистентности в целом. Описывается группа цефалоспоринов III поколения для перорального приема (цефиксим), имеющая некоторые конкурентные преимущества перед другими группами: лучший комплаенс, как у макролидов, и высокая активность в отношении широкого спектра чувствительных возбудителей, как у пенициллинов и фторхинолонов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article examines the choice of a group of antibacterial drugs for the treatment of ENT organs with uncomplicated infections in the practice of the otorhinolaryngologist. Described the principles of antibacterial therapy, resistance of the main pathogens of infections of ENT organs (Streptococcus pneumonia, Streptococcus pyogenes, Haemophilus influenza, Moraxella catarrhalis) to antibiotics of different groups: penicillins, cephalosporins of different generations, macrolides, respiratory fluoroquinolones. It is told about the patient’s compliance to the prescribed treatment, which has a great influence not only on the effectiveness of treatment, but also on the increase of antibiotic resistance in general.
