По данным регистра РЕКВАЗА, средняя приверженность пациентов одной из поликлиник г. Рязани к лечению (n = 1 165) в 2012 г. составила 62,4%, приверженность к приему бета-адреноблокаторов (БАБ) – 70,8%, ингибиторов ангиотензинпревращающего фермента (ИАПФ) – 62,2%, блокаторов рецепторов ангиотензина II (БРА) – 57,1%, статинов – 46,8%, антиагрегантов – 70,0%. Средняя приверженность к лечению у выживших пациентов этой же группы (n = 918) через 4 года в 2016 г. стала статистически значимо меньшей (p&lt;0,001) и составила 47,8%. Приверженность пациентов к приему БАБ, ИАПФ также стала статистически значимо меньшей (p&lt;0,0001) и составила 43,8 и 50,0% соответственно; приверженность к приему БРА статистически незначимо снизилась на 3,6% по сравнению с исходной. Наибольшей оказалась приверженность к приему антиагрегантов – 63,9 %, хотя и она, по сравнению с исходными данными, стала статистически значимо меньшей (p = 0,0037), а исходно невысокая приверженность к приему статинов за 4 года статистически значимо снизилась (p&lt;0,0001) и составила всего 28,2%. Полученные данные определяют один из возможных путей повышения приверженности к приему статинов – фиксированная комбинация их с другими препаратами, влияющими на прогноз, например с антиагрегантами.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, cardiovascular diseases (CVDs) are the main cause of death in all countries of the world, which is largely due to the low adherence of patients with CVDs to treatment. According to the RECVASA register, the average adherence of patients of one of the polyclinics in the city of Ryazan to treatment (n = 1,165) in 2012 was 62.4%, adherence to beta-adrenergic blocking agent (BABs) was 70.8%, to angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors (ACEs) – 62.2%, to angiotensin II (ARB) receptor blockers – 57.1%, to statins – 46.8%, and to antiplate agents – 70.0%. The average adherence to treatment in survivors of the same group (n = 918) in 4 years in 2016 was significantly lower (p&lt;0.001) and amounted to 47.8%. Patient adherence to BABs, ACEs also became statistically significantly lower (p&lt;0.0001), at 43.8% and 50.0%, respectively; adherence to ARB was statistically insignificantly lower by 3.6% compared to the original level. The highest level of adherence to the use of antiplatelet agents was 63.9%, although it was significantly lower compared to the initial data (p = 0.0037), and the initially low adherence to the use of statins for 4 years has statistically significantly decreased (p&lt;0.0001) and amounted to only 28.2%.
