По данным ряда исследований, в России от хронической обструктивной болезни легких может страдать от 11 до 16 млн человек. Широкая распространенность данного заболевания и высокая смертность от него приводят к существенному социально-экономическому бремени. Проведенное фармакоэкономическое сравнение двух альтернативных лекарственных технологий в исследуемых группах представляет обоснованную возможность перевода пациентов на отечественные аналоги, подтвердив, что затраты на единицу эффективности при использовании препаратов Тиотропиум-натив и Ипратерол-натив ниже, чем у препаратов зарубежной фармацевтической компании: Спиривы и Беродуала.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Today, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease is the fourth global cause of deaths worldwide. A number of studies showed that 11 to 16 million people might suffer from the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in Russia. The prevalence and high mortality of this disease lead to a significant socio-economic burden.
