Эндометриоз шейки матки – нередко встречающееся заболевание у молодых женщин, которое характеризуется появлением на влагалищной части шейки матки ткани, сходной по строению со слизистой оболочкой матки и подвергающейся циклическим изменениям соответственно менструальному циклу, и является одной из форм наружного генитального эндометриоза. В статье рассмотрены патогенетические механизмы развития данного заболевания с точки зрения возможности воздействия на них в ходе патогенетической терапии.

Cervical endometriosis is a common disease in young women, which is characterized by the appearance of tissue on the vaginal part of the cervix, similar in structure to the endometrium and undergoing cyclic changes in accordance with the menstrual cycle, and is a form of external genital endometriosis. The article presents the pathogenetic mechanisms of this disease development in terms of possibility of exposure to them during pathogenetic therapy.
