На развитие подобных заболеваний влияют генетика, социально-экологические факторы, уровень развития системы здравоохранения, индивидуальный образ жизни (характер питания, физическая активность). В силу морфофункциональных особенностей органов и систем дети подвергаются наибольшему риску воздействия токсических веществ, содержащихся в продуктах питания. В статье описано, какое именно влияние оказывают на детский организм содержащиеся в пище наиболее вредные и распространенные токсиканты, а также приведены стратегии, выработанные на государственном уровне, для обеспечения безопасного питания.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Non-communicable diseases result in more than 63% of all deaths according to the data announced at the meeting on the prevention of non-communicable diseases held by the UN General Assembly in 2011. Such diseases are caused by genetic and socioecological factors, the level of health care system, individual lifestyle (diet, physical activity). Due to morphofunctional characteristics of organs and systems, children are most at risk from exposure to toxic substances contained in food.
