Дана оценка возможностей коррекции дисфункции эндотелия основными классами антигипертензивных препаратов. Показана эффективность и преимущество комбинированной терапии в лечении таких пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to the treatment of endothelial  dysfunction in patients with hypertension and coronary artery disease. The authors assess the possibilities for correction of endothelial dysfunction using the main classes of antihypertensive drugs.
