В данной статье представлен клинический случай длительного нахождения инородного тела полости носа  – ринолита. Клиническое течение процесса проявлялось в виде неспецифической симптоматики. При обследовании пациента, помимо передней риноскопии, была проведена оптическая эндоскопия и конусно-лучевая компьютерная томография полости носа и околоносовых пазух. Данные методики показали свою информативность и целесообразность при постановке диагноза и определении дальнейшей лечебной тактики.

This article presents a clinical case of a foreign body of the nasal cavity. To describe a foreign body in the nose, the term «rhinolite» is used, which originated from the Greek «rhino» (which means «nose») and «lithos» (which means stone). In this observation the optical endoscopy and cone-beam computed tomography demonstrated as the most informative methods for confirm the diagnosis and for determine medical tactics.
