Аллергический ринит – одно из наиболее широко распространенных заболеваний человека, являющихся причиной снижения качества жизни. Распространенность аллергического ринита в Российской Федерации и мире существенно возросла в настоящее время. Основной фармакологической группой в терапии аллергического ринита являются антигистаминные препараты 2-го поколения, обладающие высоким сродством к Н1-рецепторам. В статье представлен обзор нового представителя вышеуказанной группы лекарственных средств – препарата биластин (Никсар®).

Allergic rhinitis is one of the most common human diseases and causes a deterioration of the quality of life. The prevalence of allergic rhinitis in the Russian Federation and in the world has increased significantly. The main pharmacological group in the treatment of allergic rhinitis is the 2nd generation antihistamines with high affinity for H1-receptors. The article presents an overview of the new representative of the abovementioned group of drugs - the drug bilastine (Nixar®).
