Обзор посвящен узловатой эритеме (УЭ), которая является типичным вариантом септального панникулита без васкулита и представляет собой неспецифический иммуновоспалительный синдром. Нередко УЭ выступает как один из симптомов системной  патологии, включая ревматические заболевания (РЗ), саркоидоз, болезнь Крона, неспецифический язвенный колит, онкологические болезни и т. д., что может послужить причиной поздней диагностики и, соответственно, назначения адекватной терапии. 

The review is devoted to erythema nodosum (UE), which is a typical variant of septal panniculitis without vasculitis and is a  nonspecific immune inflammatory syndrome. Often, UE acts as one of the symptoms of systemic pathology, including rheumatic  diseases (RH), sarcoidosis, Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis, cancer, etc., which can cause late diagnosis and, accordingly, the  appointment of adequate therapy.
