В данной статье проведена оценка эффективности применения малых доз дипиридамола с целью профилактики тромботических осложнений при применении менопаузальной терапии у женщин в ранней постменопаузе. 

This article presents the evaluation of efficacy of low-dose dipyridamole used to prevent thrombotic complications during menopausal therapy in women in the early postmenopause.
