Обсуждаются вопросы особенности ведения пациентов с высоким риском развития инсульта после ТИА. Освещены вопросы междисциплинарного и мультидисциплинарного подхода к проведению медицинской реабилитации (МР) пациентов с ТИА. Представлены результаты собственных исследований эффективности программы МР у 351 пациента с ТИА с включением нейроцитопротекторов (холина альфосцерат, Церепро).</p><p>Результаты и заключение. Патогенетически обоснованным является включение в программы МР пациентов с ТИА препаратов с нейроцитопротекторным эффектом. Показана высокая эффективность холина альфосцерата (Церепро) в виде улучшения когнитивных функций, уменьшения выраженности эмоциональных расстройств и снижения числа случаев повторного острого цереброваскулярного события.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article deals with the aspects of clinical definition of transient ischemic attack (TIA), the analysis of these risk factors for stroke after TIA and their etiopathogenetic relationship. The features of management of patients with high risk of stroke after TIA are discussed. The issues of interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach to medical rehabilitation (MR) of patients with TIA are covered. The results of our own studies of the effectiveness of the MR program in 351 patients with TIA with the inclusion of neurocytoprotectors (choline alfoscerate, Cerepro) are presented. Results and conclusion. Pathogenetically justified is the inclusion in MR of patients with TIA of drugs with neurocalibration effect.
