Основная цель лечения остеоартрита (ОА) направлена прежде всего на симптомы болезни, т. е. на уменьшение боли, улучшение функционального состояния суставов и в конечном итоге на улучшение качества жизни больных. Российскими и международными организациями разработаны многочисленные рекомендации по лечению ОА, которые включают нефармакологические и фармакологические методы, особый интерес среди которых вызывают симптоматические препараты замедленного действия. В настоящее время эти средства рекомендуется назначать в качестве препаратов первой линии для лечения ОА. Для уменьшения болевого синдрома чаще всего назначаются анальгетики и НПВП, которые не редко вызывают нежелательные явления, особенно у пожилых лиц и у больных с коморбидностью, получающих сопутствующее лечение. Это создает проблему лекарственных взаимодействий и может лимитировать назначение ряда препаратов, что и определяет увеличение интереса к другим лекарственным средствам, называемым замедленными симптоматическими препаратами, которые хорошо себя зарекомендовали в артрологии.</p><p>В статье представлены результаты исследований, проведенных в России, по применению препаратов АРТРА и Артра МСМ Форте у пациентов с ОА коленных и/или тазобедренных суставов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Knee and hip joint pain is the first and most common symptom that forces a patient to visit the doctor. Osteoarthritis (OA) treatment is aimed «primarily» at managing symptoms of the disease, i.e. reducing pain, improving the functional state of the joints, and finally at improving the patients’ quality of life. The Russian and international organizations have developed numerous guidelines for the treatment of OA, which include non-pharmacological and pharmacological methods, among which symptomatic slow-acting drugs are of special interest. These drugs are currently recommended to prescribe as the first-line drugs to treat OA. Analgesics and NSAIDs that rarely cause adverse effects, especially in older people and in patients with co-morbidities, who receive concomitant medications, are the most commonly prescribed medications for pain relief.
