Позднее в РФ был зарегистрирован другой ингибитор ALK 2-го поколения – алектиниб. Таким образом, в российской клинической практике появилась возможность, во-первых, для продолжения таргетной терапии препаратами второго поколения после прогрессирования на кризотинибе, во-вторых, для назначения более активных препаратов в первую линию, обеспечивая наилучшие результаты лечения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Ceritinib is the second ALK tyrosine kinase inhibitor after crizotinib, registered in the Russian Federation for the treatment of ALKpositive patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Later alectinib was registered.
