Применение палбоциклиба в комбинации с эндокринотерапией (ЭТ) открывает новые возможности лечения метастатического гормон-положительного (ГР+) HER2-негативного (HER2-) рака молочной железы (мРМЖ). Палбоциклиб уже имеет широкий опыт применения во всем мире и входит во все клинические рекомендации, как международные, так и отечественные, как новый стандарт первой и второй линии терапии ГР+HER2- мРМЖ. В статье представлены обновленные результаты исследований PALOMA-2 и PALOMA-3, а также результаты применения комбинации палбоциклиба с ЭТ в реальной клинической практике.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Palbociclib is the first-in-class drug of CDK 4/6 inhibitors group. The use of palbociclib in combination with endocrinotherapy (ET) opens up new possibilities for the treatment of metastatic hormone receptor-positive (HRP+) HER2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer (mBC). Palbociclib has gained world attention and is included in all clinical guidelines, both international and domestic, as a new standard of first- and second-line therapy of HRP+ HER2- mBC.
