У большинства пациентов, больных НМРЛ, заболевание представлено местнораспространенным или диссеминированным процессом на момент первичной постановки диагноза. В настоящее время одновременная химиолучевая терапия (ХЛТ) является стандартом для лечения местнораспространенных форм НМРЛ, превосходя по эффективности одну химиотерапию или лучевую терапию, при этом показатели общей выживаемости (ОВ) остаются недостаточно высокими. Таким образом, перспективным направлением в лечении данной категории пациентов является поиск оптимальных комбинаций химиотерапевтических препаратов и лучевой терапии (ХЛТ), а также режимов фракционирования. В этом обзоре мы рассмотрим данные исследований по теме, доступные в настоящее время, будущие направления терапии и задачи.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The urgency of the problem of treating patients with lung cancer is caused by a steady increase in the lung cancer incidence and lung cancer mortality rates in population. Most patients with NSCLC initially present with locally advanced or disseminated disease. Currently, simultaneous chemoradiation therapy (CRT) is the standard for the treatment of locally advanced NSCLC, which appears superior to the single chemotherapy or radiation therapy, while the overall survival (OS) rate remains not high enough. Therefore, the search for optimal combinations of chemotherapeutic drugs and radiation therapy (CRT), as well as fractionation regimens is a promising direction in the treatment of such patients.
