У 24 пациентов (72,7%) достигнута стабилизация болезни, у 1 пациента (3%) – частичный эффект. Эффективность лечения не зависела от применяемого дозового режима. Профиль токсичности соответствовал данным международных исследований.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The treatment efficacy and toxicity profile was evaluated in 33 patients with highly differentiated neuroendocrine tumors NEO (G1, G2), who received sunitinib therapy in various dose regimens. Stable disease was achieved in 24 patients (72.7%), partial effect in 1 patient (3%). The efficacy of treatment did not depend on the used dose regimen.
