Рамуцирумаб – единственный ингибитор неоангиогенеза, продемонстрировавший свою противоопухолевую активность при мРЖ как в монотерапии, так и в комбинации с паклитакселом. Клинический случай демонстрирует пример длительного (26+ месяцев) ответа на терапию паклитакселом после его комбинации с рамуцирумабом при приемлемом профиле токсичности, который позволил сохранить качество жизни и социальную активность пациента.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The low efficacy of cytostatic therapy in mGC led to an active study of the role of molecular targets in the carcinogenesis of GC. Ramucirumab is the only neoangiogenesis inhibitor, which demonstrated its antitumor activity both as monotherapy and in combination with paclitaxel in patients with mGC.
