Одним из таковых является тиамфеникола глицинат ацетилцистеинат, обладающий одновременно муколитическим и антибактериальным действием, что существенно расширяет возможности терапии при бактериальной этиологии острых и обострении хронических респираторных заболеваний, повышает эффективность лечебных мероприятий, улучшает комплаенс.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The use of combined medicines simultaneously influencing various pathogenetic mechanisms of inflammation and coughing becomes an essential direction of mucoactive therapy in childhood.
