В настоящее время болевые синдромы в области спины являются широко распространенной проблемой. Патофизиологически боль может развиваться по ноцицептивному или нейропатическому пути, но часто присутствуют и оба этих компонента в общей картине болевого синдрома. Приоритетом терапевтической стратегии при данном виде боли является назначение эффективных комплексов медикаментозных препаратов на основании патогенетической доминанты заболевания.

Pain syndromes in the region of the back are currently a widespread problem. According to our understanding of the pathophysiology, pain can be divided into nociceptive and neuropathic pain, but both of these components are often present in the overall picture of the pain syndrome. The prescription of effective drug complexes based on the pathogenetic dominant of the disease is the priority of the therapeutic strategy for this type of pain.
