Принципы, которые мы применяем для управления функциональным состоянием организма, использует и сам организм для самоуправления. В основе самоуправления организма лежит периодическая закономерность развития реакций и состояний ареактивности, принцип дискретности и т.д. Необходимо подчеркнуть: мы достигаем эффекта именно потому, что используем закономерности, свойственные самому организму, а не идем против них. Мы хотим подчеркнуть роль «резонансной» энергии, получаемой организмом из внешней среды, по-видимому, в соответствии с естественными частотами организма и его подсистем при разных адаптационных реакциях и состояниях ареактивности. Свойство организма выбирать резонансным путем в качестве управляющего малый по абсолютной величине фактор дает возможность самоподдерживать состояние, т.е. лежит в основе самоуправления. Это также позволяет целенаправленно поддерживать благоприятное состояние с помощью соответствующих воздействий как колебательной, так и неколебательной природы.
The principles that we apply to control the functional state of the body are used by the body itself for self-regulation. We would like to emphasize the role of the «resonant» energy the body receives from the external environment apparently in accordance with the natural frequencies of the body and its subsystems in various adaptive reactions and states of reactivity. The ability of the body to choose a factor of very small magnitude in a resonant way as a controlling factor makes it possible to self-maintain the state, i.e. is at the core of self-regulation. It also makes it possible to maintain a favourable state in a targeted manner using appropriate efforts of both vibrational and non-vibrational nature.
