Материалы и методы: проведено открытое исследование с включением 105 пациентов с ожирением или избытком массы тела. Больные обследованы и по наличию НАЖБП разделены на две группы: в основную вошли больные НАЖБП (n = 77), в группу сравнения - лица без НАЖБП (n = 28). Результаты: жалобы на боли в правом подреберье, наличие АГ и СД 2-го типа, а также окружность талии, индекс массы тела, уровень глюкозы и триглицеридов отмечались достоверно чаще в группе больных НАЖБП. Лептин имел прямую, а уровень рецепторов к нему - обратную зависимость от степени увеличения массы тела. Между этими показателями в группе лиц с ожирением и избытком массы тела в целом была выявлена отрицательная связь умеренной силы (rs = (-0,370), p &lt; 0,004). Имелась тенденция к более высокому уровню лептина и более низкому уровню рецепторов к лептину в группе лиц с НАЖБП. Данные показатели в основной группе также имели между собой отрицательную корреляционную связь умеренной силы (rs = (-0,384), p &lt; 0,007). Заключение: феномен лептинорезистентности, формирующийся у лиц с ожирением и избытком массы тела, ассоциирован с развитием НАЖБП у данной категории пациентов.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Aim: to study the association of the levels of leptin and its soluble receptor in blood serum with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) in obese or overweight patients. Material and methods: the open study included 105 patients with obesity or excess body weight. Patients were examined for NAFLD and divided into two groups: the treatment group included patients with NAFLD (n = 77) and the control group included patients without NAFLD (n = 28). Results: complaints of pain in the right upper quadrant, hypertension and diabetes type 2, as well as waist circumference, body mass index, glucose and triglyceride levels were reported significantly more frequently in the group of patients with NAFLD. Leptin was positively and the level of its receptors was negatively correlated with the degree of weight gain. Between these parameters in the group of patients with obesity and excess body weight, an overall moderate negative correlation was reported (rs = (-0.370), p &lt;0.004). There was a tendency towards higher levels of leptin and lower levels of leptin receptors in the group of patients with NAFLD. In the treatment group, these parameters also had a moderate negative correlation (rs = (-0.384), p &lt;0.007).
