<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Menstrual rhythm disorders and symptoms associated with the menstrual cycle are one of the main reasons for women to make an appointment with a gynecologist. After the endocrinopathies and organic substrates of menstrual irregularities are excluded, the doctor is faced with the difficult task to treat conditions that reflect the functional dysfunction of the body and its adaptation to high stress load. It is beyond argument that hormone therapy is the main resource of a gynecologist, but it is not always acceptable and does not solve all the problems of normalizing psychoneuroendocrine status. The dependence of functional disorders on environmental stress factors allows a doctor to use lifestyle correction, including rational nutrition and adding various micronutrients, in a program to improve the quality of life, eliminate psychoemotional symptoms and symptoms of autonomic dysfunction. In turn, the restoration of the adaptive reserve of the body becomes key to the recovery of menstrual function.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>менструальный цикл</kwd><kwd>фертильность</kwd><kwd>подростки</kwd><kwd>аменорея</kwd><kwd>дисменорея</kwd><kwd>предменструальный синдром</kwd><kwd>менопауза</kwd><kwd>приливы жара</kwd><kwd>микронутриенты</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>menstrual cycle</kwd><kwd>fertility</kwd><kwd>adolescents</kwd><kwd>amenorrhea</kwd><kwd>dysmenorrhea</kwd><kwd>premenstrual syndrome</kwd><kwd>menopause</kwd><kwd>hot flashes</kwd><kwd>Micronutrients</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Perry J.R.B., Murray A., Day F.R., Ong K.K.
