Однако распространенность штаммов дрожжеподобных грибов рода Candida со сформированной лекарственной устойчивостью к флуконазолу существенно затрудняет лечение данного заболевания. Таким образом, оценка безопасности и эффективости других антимикотических препаратов становится важной задачей в борьбе с рецидивирующим генитальным кандидозом. В статье приведены данные международных и отечественных исследований, посвященных возможностям применения сертаконазола в терапии кандидозного вульвовагинита.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Vulvovaginal candidiasis today is one of the most pressing problems in the field of women’s health. However, the prevalence of Candida with formed drug resistance to fluconazole significantly complicates the treatment of this disease. Thus, the evaluation of the safety and efficacy of other antimycotic drugs becomes an important task in the fight against recurrent genital candidiasis.
