В этой связи представляет интерес междисциплинарный подход к изучению особенностей течения и терапевтической тактики при гастроэнтерологической патологии у рассматриваемой группы пациентов, в частности, проблема инфекции Helicobacter pylori, которая ассоциирована с целым кругом заболеваний верхних отделов ЖКТ. В статье представлен систематический обзор зарубежных и отечественных исследований, анализирующих эффективность и безопасность различных схем эрадикационной терапии инфекции Helicobacter pylori у пациентов с СД. В целом показано, что средневзвешенная эффективность эрадикации у лиц с СД оказывается на 17,7–23,8% ниже по сравнению с лицами, не страдающими этим заболеванием.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Diabetes mellitus (DM) is a moderately common issue both in the world and in the Russian Federation. Consequently, an interdisciplinary approach to studying the characteristics of the course and therapeutic management of gastroenterological pathology in this group of patients, in particular, Helicobacter pylori infection, which is associated with a whole range of diseases of the upper gastrointestinal tract, is of special interest. The article provides a systematic review of foreign and domestic studies of the efficacy and safety of various eradication regimens for Helicobacter pylori infection in patients with diabetes.
