С учетом современных рекомендаций определено место антагонистов кальция в лечении основных заболеваний сердечно-сосудистой системы: артериальной гипертензии, ишемической болезни сердца, наджелудочковых аритмий и пр. Приводятся данные клинических исследований, составивших доказательную базу для применения антагонистов кальция. Подчеркивается целесообразность применения антагонистов кальция пролонгированного действия как средств с оптимальным сочетанием эффективности и безопасности. Обсуждаются результаты исследований клинической эффективности лекарственной формы дилтиазем при лечении больных с сердечно-сосудистыми заболеваниями.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article discusses the problem of using calcium antagonists in clinical practice. Taking into account the current guidelines, the place of calcium antagonists in the treatment of major cardiovascular diseases was defined: hypertension, coronary artery disease, supraventricular arrhythmias, etc. Clinical trials are described which provided the evidence base for the use of calcium antagonists. The feasibility of long-acting calcium channel blockers which represent an optimum combination of efficiency and safety is emphasized.
