Несмотря на строгое соблюдение элиминационной диеты, у части пациентов возникают СРК-подобные симптомы (синдром раздраженного кишечника), причиной которых может быть нарушение качественного и количественного состава микрофлоры кишечника. Дисбиотические расстройства играют определенную роль в патогенезе появления СРК-подобной симптоматики и осложняют течение целиакии, что требует использования антибактериальных препаратов. Наличие побочных эффектов при использовании системных антибактериальных препаратов ограничивает их применение. В связи с этим поиск путей коррекции кишечной микрофлоры, как и изучение различных подходов к поддержанию микроэкологии кишечника в состоянии физиологического равновесия у больных целиакией, является актуальным для медицинской науки. В статье представлен клинический пример успешного и безопасного применения препарата с низкой всасываемостью, высокой антибактериальной активностью – рифаксимина у больной целиакией для коррекции дисбиотических нарушений.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article is devoted to new possibilities in the treatment of hereditary intestinal diseases, accompanied by a decrease in kinetic activity or the absence of enteric enzymes, including celiac disease. Despite strict adherence to the elimination diet, some patients develop IBS-like symptoms, which may be caused by a violation of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the intestinal microflora. Dysbiotic disorders play a role in the pathogenesis of the appearance of IBS-like symptoms and complicate the course of celiac disease, which requires the use of antibacterial drugs. The presence of side effects when using systemic antibacterial drugs limits their use. In this regard, the search for ways to correct the intestinal microflora, as well as the study of various approaches to maintaining the intestinal microecology in a state of physiological equilibrium in patients with celiac disease, are relevant for medical science.
