Цель настоящего исследования: оценка эффективности и безопасности внутривенного применения карбоксимальтозата железа у больных с железодефицитной анемией и миомой матки перед оперативным лечением.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Iron deficiency anemia (IDA) is one of the most common conditions in patients with uterine myoma.
