Существенно влияющая на качество жизни хроническая заложенность носа, вызванная отеком нижней носовой раковины, затрагивает 20% населения. Медикаментозное лечение хронического ринита считается стартовой терапией, однако при отсутствии эффекта от консервативных методов лечения и сохранении жалоб на затруднение носового дыхания как преобладающего симптома встает вопрос о выборе оптимального вида хирургического вмешательства на нижних носовых раковинах. В настоящее время существует большое количество методик воздействия на слизистую оболочку нижних носовых раковин. Учитывая высокую распространенность, хирургическое лечение пациентов с данной патологией является актуальной проблемой современной оториноларингологии.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель: изучение эффективности и сравнение сроков реабилитации пациентов после подслизистой лазерной деструкции лучом волоконного лазера с длиной волны 1,56 мкм и подслизистой радиоволновой вазотомии при помощи радиоволнового электрода аппарата Ellman Surgitron частотой 4 МГц у пациентов с хроническим ринитом.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование были включены данные обследования 60 пациентов в возрасте от 18 до 80 лет с хроническим ринитом, госпитализированных для проведения хирургического лечения. Применяли полупроводниковый лазер с длиной волны 1,56 мкм и радиоволновый электрод аппарата Ellman Surgitron частотой 4 МГц. Проведен анализ субъективных ощущений пациентов с помощью опросника SNOT20, данных эндоскопического осмотра, передней активной риноманометрии, сахаринового теста.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Благодаря полученным результатам доказана более высокая эффективность и безопасность подслизистой лазерной деструкции нижних носовых раковин по сравнению с радиоволновой хирургией у больных хроническим ринитом.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Chronic nasal congestion caused by edema of inferior turbinate affect 20% of population and strongly influences their quality of life. Pharmacological treatment of chronic rhinitis is considered to be the first line therapy. However, if conservative treatment is not effective and clinical signs are not disappearing the question about relevant surgical treatment is arising. Nowadays there are many methods of exposure on mucosa of the inferior turbinate. Considering high incidence of the pathology surgical treatment is of current importance in modern otorhinolaryngology.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective</title><p>Objective. Assessment of the effectiveness and comparison of the period of rehabilitation after submucosal laser destruction by laser beam with wavelength 1,56 and after submucosal destruction by radiosurgical instruments Ellman Surgitron with a frequency of 4 MHz in patients with chronic rhinitis.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods. 60 patients were included into the study aged from 18 to 80 years old with chronic rhinitis. All the patients were admitted to the department to perform surgical treatment. Semiconducted laser with wavelength 1,56 and radiosurgical instrument Ellman Surgitron with frequency of 4 MHz were applied to the treatment. We assessed SNOT20 score, endoscopic features, anterior active rhinomanometry and saccharin test results in all patients following the surgery.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
