Контроль боли является одной из важнейших задач клинической практики. Современная концепция анальгетической терапии основывается на комплексном подходе, точном знании патогенеза боли и применении средств с различным механизмом действия. Препаратами первой линии здесь являются нестероидные противовоспалительные препараты (НПВП). Одной из наиболее популярных молекул этой группы в России считается нимесулид, который используется в отечественной клинической практике более 15 лет. За эти годы нимесулид прошел всестороннюю проверку в ходе многочисленных клинических испытаний и доказал свою эффективность и хорошую переносимость. В настоящем обзоре представлены достоинства нимесулида, выделяющие его среди других представителей этой лекарственной группы.

Pain control is one of the major problems in clinical practice. The modern concept of analgesic therapy is based on an integrated approach, reliable knowledge of the pain pathogenesis and the use of medications with different mechanisms of action. First-line drugs here are nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). In Russia, Nimesulide is considered to be the number one drug in its group which has been used in the domestic clinical practice for more than 15 years. Over the years, Nimesulide was thoroughly studied in numerous clinical trials which proved its efficacy and good tolerability. This review highlights the benefits of Nimesulide distinguishing it from other representatives of the NSAID group.
