Одним из важнейших аспектов медикаментозной реабилитации больных ИБС является применение лекарственных препаратов, понижающих содержание липидов в крови.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель работы</title><p>Цель работы. Изучить особенности медикаментозной реабилитации больных хронической сердечной недостаточностью (ХСН), ассоциированной с сахарным диабетом (СД) 2 типа, с использованием комбинации гиполипидемических препаратов розувастатина и эзетемиба.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включено 70 больных ИБС с клиникой умеренной ХСН и сопутствующим СД 2 типа. Пациентам, включенным в исследование, было рекомендовано изменение образа жизни, в т. ч. отказ от курения, увеличение физической активности, соблюдение гипохолестериновой диеты. Через 1 мес. методом простой рандомизации пациенты распределены на 2 группы по 35 человек в каждой. Группа сравнения (n = 35) получала комбинацию розувастатина 20 мг/сут и эзетимиб 10 мг/сут, контрольная (n = 35) - только розувастатин 20 мг/сут. Продолжительность исследования составила 12 мес. Плановые визиты осуществлялись через 1, 3, 6 и 12 мес. от начала приема препаратов. Результаты. На момент окончания исследования статистически значимых различий между исследуемыми группами по числу неблагоприятных сердечно-сосудистых событий (14,3% vs 20,0% соответственно, р = 0,751) получено не было. Различия были получены по общему количеству госпитализаций, обусловленных заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы (14,3% vs 40% соответственно, р = 0,032).</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Таким образом, назначение комбинированной липидемической терапии розувастатином в дозе 20 мг/сут и эзетимибом в дозе 10 мг/сут приводит к уменьшению количества госпитализаций, обусловленных заболеваниями сердечно-сосудистой системы.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Rationale</title><p>Rationale. Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the most common cardiovascular disease, being responsible for the largest number of deaths and disabilities. The use of lipid-lowering drugs is one of the most important aspects of pharmacological rehabilitation of patients with CAD.</p></sec><sec><title>Objective of the work</title><p>Objective of the work. Study the features of pharmacological rehabilitation of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF) associated with type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) using a combination therapy of lipid-lowering Ezetimibe and Rosuvastatin. Materials and methods. 70 patients with coronary artery disease with a clinical picture of moderate CHF and concomitant type 2 diabetes were enrolled in the study. The patients enrolled in the study were recommended to change their lifestyle, including quitting smoking, increasing physical activity, and adhering to a cholesterol-free diet. After a month, the patients were divided into 2 groups of 35 people each by a simple randomization method. The comparison group (n = 35) received a combination of Rosuvastatin 20 mg/day and Ezetimibe 10 mg/day, the control group (n = 35) received only Rosuvastatin 20 mg/day. The duration of the study was 12 months. The follow-up visits were scheduled at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after they started taking drugs.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. At the end of the study, there were no statistically significant differences between the study groups in the number of adverse cardiovascular events (14.3% vs 20.0%, respectively, p = 0.751). There were differences in the total number of hospitalizations caused by cardiovascular diseases (14.3% vs 40%, respectively, p = 0.032).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
