Повышение сывороточных трансаминаз (АЛТ и АСТ) и персистенция их высоких значений ассоциируются с заболеваемостью и смертностью от болезней печени. Бициклол обладает противовоспалительным и антиоксидантным действием, что легло в основу данного исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. В исследование включен 51 пациент (MELD &lt; 19); стадия гепатита – 84,4%, цирроза – 15,6%. Лечение: Бициклол 75 мг/сут в течение 12 нед. Критерии эффективности: динамика АЛТ, АСТ, СРБ; общего самочувствия (шкала D-FIS).</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Через 4 нед. лечения доля пациентов с нормализацией АЛТ составила 50,9% (p &lt; 0,001); с нормализацией АСТ – 62,7% (р &lt; 0,001); через 12  нед. – 79,5 и 89,7% соответственно (p &lt; 0,001). СРБ статистически значимо снижался через 2 и 4 нед. от начала лечения. Опросник D-FIS заполнили 36 пациентов в начале исследования, через 4 нед.– 35 пациентов, через 12 нед. – 32 пациента. Медиана D-FIS через 4 нед. лечения снизилась с 12 (8,2; 32,2) до 8 (5; 29) баллов (р &lt; 0,001), через 12 нед. – до 6,5 (3; 28,5) балла (р &lt; 0,001). СРБ положительно коррелировал со значением D-FIS. У 10 дополнительных пациентов изучался фиброз («Фибромакс», «Фиброскан»), доза Бициклола 150/75 мг/сут в течение 6 мес., результат оказался статистически значимым (р &lt; 0,001).</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Применение препарата Бициклол приводит к уменьшению утомляемости, локального и системного воспаления, фиброза при хронических диффузных заболеваниях печени вне зависимости от этиологии.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. CRP decreased statistically significantly after 2 and 4 weeks from the beginning of treatment. The D-FIS questionnaire was filled in by 36 patients at the beginning of the study, in 4 weeks - by 35 patients, in 12 weeks – by 32 patients. The CRP was positively correlated with the D-FIS value. Fibrosis (“Fibromax”, “Fibroscan”) was studied in 10 additional patients, the dose of Bicyclol was 150/75 mg/day during 6 months, the result was statistically significant (p &lt; 0.001).</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion.
