Вместе с тем, согласно протоколу ее проведения, назначение любых антитромботических препаратов в течение первых суток после тромболизиса противопоказано. С другой стороны, по истечении 24 ч после проведения тромболизиса остается необходимость назначения антитромботических препаратов с целью вторичной профилактики инсульта. Нами продемонстрирован собственный опыт применения тромбоцитарных антиагрегантов у больных с ишемическим инсультом после тромболитической терапии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Systemic thrombolytic therapy in patients with ischemic stroke is an effective treatment for a certain category of patients during the first 4.5 hours after the symptom onset. However, according to the treatment protocol, administration of any antithrombotic drugs during the first days after thrombolysis is contraindicated. At the same time, 24 hours after thrombolysis the need remains for the intake of antithrombotic agents for the purpose of secondary prophylaxis of stroke.
