Подобный международный подход к регистрации перинатальной смертности требует предотвращения осложнений, начиная с ранних сроков беременности во избежание рождения глубоконедоношенного ребенка.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>According to the national classification acting since 2012, early pregnancy loss happens before 21 weeks and 6 days of pregnancy, and premature birth is registered at 22 to 37 weeks of pregnancy.
