На  продолжительность периода заживления кожи и  конечный результат косметологических процедур влияет не только протокол лечения и тип выбранной терапии, но и уход за кожей в раннем постпроцедурном периоде.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Исследовать эффективность и безопасность применения топического средства Траумель® Космо гель у пациентов в раннем постпроцедурном периоде после косметологических процедур, сопровождающихся травматизацией кожного покрова.</p></sec><sec><title>Материалы и методы</title><p>Материалы и методы. 20 пациентов женского пола в возрасте от 19 до 49 лет, обратившихся за помощью с целью коррекции возрастных изменений кожи, угрей обыкновенных, рубцовых изменений кожи и получивших процедуру косметологической терапии, сопровождающейся повреждением кожного покрова. Все пациенты были определены в 1-ю группу (20 пациентов). В зависимости от метода косметологического лечения наружное средство Траумель® Космо гель применялось от 2 до 3 раз в день на обработанную область в течение 7 ± 2 дней.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. По оценке пациентами эффективности и комфортности проводимого лечения, использование медицинского препарата Траумель® Космо гель в раннем постпроцедурном периоде является эффективным и безопасным методом восстановительной терапии кожных покровов и имеет высокую терапевтическую эффективность, что было подтверждено результатами исследования.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. По результатам проведенной терапии, а также оценки мониторинга дерматологического статуса, индекса качества жизни, субъективной оценке пациента о своей реакции на терапию, считать терапевтическую эффективность высокой, в значительной степени способствующей повышению качества жизни. Траумель® Космо гель является эффективным и безопасным косметическим средством для применения в реабилитационном периоде после проведенного косметологического процедурного лечения. </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. The  duration of  the  skin  healing period and the  final result of  cosmetic procedures are influenced not only by the treatment protocol and the type of therapy chosen, but also by skin care in the early post-treatment period.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim of study</title><p>Aim of study. Тo study the effectiveness and safety of the use of the topical agent “Traumeel® Cosmo gel” in patients in the early post-treatment period after cosmetic procedures, accompanied by traumatization of the skin.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. 20 female patients aged 19 to 49 years, who sought help for the correction of age-related skin changes, acne vulgaris, scarring of the skin and received the procedure of cosmetological therapy, accompanied by damage to the skin. All patients were assigned to group 1 (20 patients). Depending on the method of cosmetological treatment, the external remedy “Traumeel® Cosmo gel” was applied from 2 to 3 times a day at the treated area for 7 ± 2 days.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results. According to the patients’ assessment of the effectiveness and comfort of the treatment, the use of the “Traumeel® Cosmo gel” in  the  early post-treatment period is an effective and safe method of  regenerative therapy of  the  skin  and has a  high therapeutic effectiveness, which was confirmed by the results of the study.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
