Тромботические осложнения являются наиболее серьезными, потенциально смертельными осложнениями вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий, которые в большинстве случаев связаны с синдромом гиперстимуляции яичников. В статье описаны современные аспекты патогенеза синдрома гиперстимуляции яичников, патогенез тромбоэмболических осложнений и значение генетических и приобретенных тромбофилий для их развития, методики оценки факторов риска тромботических осложнений перед использованием вспомогательных репродуктивных технологий и рекомендации по профилактике тромбоэмболических осложнений у женщин, включенных в программы ЭКО.
Thrombotic complications are the most serious complications of assisted reproductive technologies which can be fatal, in most cases associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. The article describes the modern aspects of the pathogenesis of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, of thromboembolic complications and the role of genetic and acquired thrombophilia in their development, methods to assess risk factors for thrombotic complications before applying assisted reproductive technologies and recommendations for the prevention of thromboembolic complications in women undergoing IVF treatment.
