Аденотомия является распространенной хирургической процедурой в детском возрасте. У детей с рецидивирующими инфекциями респираторного тракта гипертрофия глоточной миндалины - признак лимфопролиферативного синдрома вторичного иммунодефицитного состояния характеризуется пониженными адаптационными способностями мукозального иммунитета с нарушением биоценоза при хроническом воспалении. Хирургия глоточной миндалины рассматривается как стресс у часто болеющих детей, следовательно, требуется предоперационная подготовка. В этом контексте актуально изучение характера изменений факторов мукозального иммунитета по клеточной деструкции в назальном секрете при комплексном лечении детей с гипертрофией глоточной миндалины и хроническим аденоидитом как профилактики осложнений аденотомии в послеоперационном периоде.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель. Повысить эффективность лечения часто болеющих детей с хроническим аденоидитом с помощью сочетанного воздействия низкочастотной ультразвуковой кавитации с монохроматическим неполяризованным светом и бактериальных лизатов. Материалы и методы. С целью проверки гипотезы о возможности отмены аденотомии у 77 детей в возрасте 3-6 лет с гипертрофией глоточной миндалины, сопровождавшейся хроническим воспалением, проведено проспективное исследование «случай-контроль». Эффективность комплексного лечения оценивали по функционально-метаболическому статусу факторов неспецифической резистентности в назальном смыве.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты и обсуждение</title><p>Результаты и обсуждение. Сочетанное воздействие низкочастотной ультразвуковой кавитации с фотохромотерапией и бактериальных лизатов приводит к нормализации патофизиологических изменений на поверхности слизистой оболочки глоточной миндалины, приводящих к балансу качественного и количественного состава функционально-метаболического клеточного статуса в симбиозе с микробиотой, что позволяет отложить аденотомию. Лучший клинический результат наблюдается при использовании комплексной терапии - бактериальных лизатов в сочетании с физиотерапией у детей с хроническим аденоидитом и в определенной мере обосновывает целесообразность сочетанного воздействия как неинвазивного и эффективного метода.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы. Топический бактериолизат в курсовой схеме лечения детей с рецидивирующими инфекциями респираторного тракта на фоне хронического воспаления устраняет бактериальные антигены и усиливает собственные защитные силы слизистой оболочки глоточной миндалины.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Introduction</title><p>Introduction. Adenotomy is a common surgical procedure in childhood. In children with recurrent infections of the respiratory tract, hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil, a sign of lymphoproliferative syndrome of a secondary immunodeficiency state, is characterized by reduced adaptive abilities of mucosal immunity with impaired biocenosis in chronic inflammation. Pharyngeal tonsil surgery is considered stressful in frequently ill children and therefore requires preoperative preparation. In this context, it is relevant to study the nature of changes in the factors of mucosal immunity in terms of cell destruction in the nasal secretion in the complex treatment of children with hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil and chronic adenoiditis, as prevention of complications in the postoperative period of adenotomy.</p></sec><sec><title>Aim</title><p>Aim. To increase the effectiveness of the treatment of chronic adenoiditis in children with recurrent infections of the respiratory tract using the combined effect of low-frequency ultrasonic cavitation with monochromatic unpolarized light and bacterial lysates.</p></sec><sec><title>Materials and methods</title><p>Materials and methods. In order to test the hypothesis about the possibility of canceling adenotomy in 77 children aged 3-6 years with hypertrophy of the pharyngeal tonsil, accompanied by chronic inflammation. The effectiveness of the complex treatment was assessed by the functional and metabolic status of nonspecific resistance factors in the nasal lavage.</p></sec><sec><title>Results and discussion</title><p>Results and discussion. The combined effect of low-frequency ultrasonic cavitation with photochromotherapy and bacterial lysates leads to the normalization of pathophysiological changes on the surface of the mucous membrane, leading to a balance of the qualitative and quantitative composition of the functional-metabolic status of NG, which makes it possible to postpone adenotomy. The best clinical result is observed when bacterial lysates are used in complex therapy in combination with physiotherapy in children with chronic adenoiditis and, to a certain extent, substantiate the advisability of a combined effect as a non-invasive and effective method.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions.
